Can Craft Steering – Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All Can Craft Steering products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal, intended use.
If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at info@cancraft.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description of the problem. If a defect is confirmed, Can Craft Steering will repair or replace the product in accordance with Canadian consumer protection standards.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items purchased directly from Can Craft Steering when the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, components, and accessories.
A return request is submitted within 90 days of delivery.
The product shows no signs of installation, wear, or damage.
Items that are installed, test-fitted, customized, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except where Can Craft Steering is at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped, confirmed warranty defect).
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing generally takes 3–7 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Can Craft Steering is responsible for the issue.
Refunds may be reduced or denied if the returned item is used, damaged, missing components, or otherwise not in its original condition.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
Used, installed, or test-fitted parts
Custom-made or special-order items
Products marked “Final Sale”
Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please first request a return. After the return is approved and the product is sent back, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Core Returns (If Applicable)
If your purchase includes a refundable core charge:
The customer is responsible for returning the core unless otherwise stated
Core must be returned within the specified return window
Core must be complete, rebuildable, and free of severe physical damage

Refunds for approved cores are issued after inspection.
