At Can Craft Steering, we take pride in delivering precision remanufactured steering components safely and efficiently. Because many of our products are heavy-duty automotive parts, we follow specific shipping procedures to ensure your order arrives securely and on time.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may ship the next business day

• Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays

• Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to:

For international shipping outside these regions, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Heavy & Oversized Items

Many of our steering gears and components are considered heavy-duty items. These products:

• May require signature upon delivery

• May ship in reinforced packaging

• May ship via ground service only

Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

Core Returns (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes a refundable core charge:

• The customer is responsible for returning the core unless otherwise stated

• Core must be returned within the specified return window

• Core must be complete, rebuildable, and free of severe physical damage

• Core return instructions will be provided after purchase

Refunds for approved cores are issued after inspection.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Can Craft Steering is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by:

• Incorrect shipping addresses

• Refused shipments

• Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Inspect the package immediately upon delivery

2. Note any visible damage with the carrier

3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

   • Packaging

   • Shipping label

   • Product damage

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

• Contact the carrier first

• Then notify us within 5 business days

We will assist with filing a claim if necessary.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Can Craft Steering is not responsible for carrier-related delays, weather disruptions, or customs clearance delays.

Can Craft Steering – Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All Can Craft Steering products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal, intended use.

If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at info@cancraft.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description of the problem. If a defect is confirmed, Can Craft Steering will repair or replace the product in accordance with Canadian consumer protection standards.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items purchased directly from Can Craft Steering when the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, components, and accessories.

• A return request is submitted within 90 days of delivery.

• The product shows no signs of installation, wear, or damage.

Items that are installed, test-fitted, customized, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except where Can Craft Steering is at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped, confirmed warranty defect).

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refund processing generally takes 3–7 business days after approval.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Can Craft Steering is responsible for the issue.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if the returned item is used, damaged, missing components, or otherwise not in its original condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Used, installed, or test-fitted parts

• Custom-made or special-order items

• Products marked “Final Sale”

• Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please first request a return. After the return is approved and the product is sent back, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
